Plus, with the July 16, 2025, OPM memo on the parameters for providing telework and remote work as a religious accommodation, it’s a topic on a lot of people’s minds.
So, what are the lawful exemptions to the in-person work requirement? How do you determine if telework or remote work is an appropriate reasonable accommodation?
